A slight bite is required and the user can then suck or push the required amount of liquid out. The twin pack will allow for 900ml of water which is ideal where increased hydration is required. Note: It is recommended to wash the bottle with 1/2 lemon juice and 1/2 warm water or 1/2 white vinegar and 1/2 warm water before first use. This will remove any silicone smell/taste, if present. Repeat in necessary until no taste/smell is present.
